Allumer Mail Monitoring Service - Terms and Conditions

Terminologies

Ping (messages) - small email message that is sent from the AMMS system to your email address in order to determine the status of your email system.

Pong (replies) - in order to tell AMMS that your mailbox is receiving messages, you should configure your email service to automatically reply to ping messages that we send.

Pong reply address - pong replies are to be sent to this email address, which will allow us to recognize you and process your reply.

Warranty

There is no warranty of any kind. We are not accountable for ANY loss, directly or indirectly caused by the use of this service. We will try our best to keep the service operating correctly and minimize disruption. However, no guarantee is provided that the system even works.

Registration

1. By registering your email with us, you allow us to send ping messages to your account periodically.

2. Your email address is stored on our database only for the purpose of monitoring.

3. We will not sell or share your email address with any third party.

4. We will make honest efforts to protect our system from break-ins and theft, but we cannot guarantee that such event do not occur.

5. We will send you important notices pertaining to this service.
